<p style="text-align: left;">At Sauble Beach Yoga our commitment is to offer you a safe, comfortable environment to fully explore your Hatha Yoga Practice at a pace that suits <strong>you</strong>.  You are always encouraged to listen to your body&#8217;s abilities <strong>and</strong> your body&#8217;s limitations. We take the time to notice where our bodies are holding tension and then through Pranayama (breath work) and Asana (physical postures) we work towards releasing those tensions. A class at Sauble Beach Yoga offers you the opportunity to calm your mind, still your thoughts, allowing yourself to become fully present and in the moment.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">At Sauble Beach Yoga there is no competition. Although some of the classes can be challenging, we are never encouraged to push too hard. We let go of our egos, listen to our bodies and never feel that we have to be the most flexible person in the room. We are all completely unique, so our Yoga practice should be as well! No comparisons and no judgements. There is no &#8220;perfection&#8221; in Yoga, only a gentle exploration of the postures with an open mind and a joyful heart.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Every class at Sauble Beach Yoga begins with a short centering meditation and an opportunity to bring your focus and awareness to your breath.  Next, we begin to gently stretch our bodies, giving our muscles time to safely warm and open.  The Asanas (Yoga Postures) follow, allowing us to strengthen our bodies, calm our minds and lengthen our spines. We finish every class with a wonderful guided Relaxation. The guided Relaxation or &#8220;Savasana&#8221; lets your body and mind fully accept and absorb all the beneficial aspects of your Yoga Practice. You will leave your Yoga class with a calm mind, a relaxed body and a peaceful heart.</p>
